How can I record a drive without location permission?
Choose manual distance entry and enter the factual date, distance, locations, vehicle, and classification you want to retain. You can export and back up manual records like other records.
Why is a drive waiting for review?
Vehicle movement does not prove that you were driving. Review captures as Business, Personal, Commute, Passenger / Transit, or Not a drive before relying on a report.
What is a possible gap?
A possible gap is an incomplete period of evidence, not an invented trip. If you know you drove, add the actual distance or increasing odometer readings through the Gap Assistant.
How do purchases work?
Lifetime Pro is a one-time store purchase. Restore Purchases is available in the platform store. iOS and Android purchases are separate because MileDone has no account or server that transfers entitlement between stores.
How do I contact support?
Open a support request and avoid posting sensitive information such as precise locations, payment details, or full backups.
